Through Manoh, my focus is on making guidance feel real, relatable, and actually useful in everyday life. I work in career counseling ;using aptitude assessments, personality insights, and real-life understanding to help you figure out what truly fits you, not just what looks good on paper.

 

I don’t believe in limiting people to textbook paths or “safe” options. For me, it’s about understanding your strengths, how you think, what comes naturally to you, and then helping you build a direction around that. Along with aptitude, I focus a lot on clarity, decision-making, and breaking the confusion that often comes with career choices.

A big part of why Manoh exists is because of where I come from. I’ve grown up in Solan, and I know what it feels like to not have the kind of guidance that actually helps you explore your potential. It’s easy to fall into the same paths everyone else is taking, without ever asking if it’s truly what you want.

 

With Manoh, I want to build something here in my hometown so students have someone to turn to, someone who understands, and a space where they’re encouraged to think beyond the usual routes. I want people to feel supported in finding their own path instead of just following the crowd.

I'm a Counseling Psychologist specializing in career development for Gen Z. With a BA in Psychology, an MA in Psychology, and a Post-Master's Diploma in Professional Counseling and Psychotherapy, I help young people navigate the transition from school to work with clarity and confidence.

My approach combines skills assessment, aptitude testing, values clarification, and goal-setting to help you understand not just what you can do, but what actually fits. I believe career clarity comes from looking at the whole picture, your strengths, personality, values, and the real job market, so you can make confident choices instead of just following the expected path.

At Manoh, my work comes from real, on-ground experience rather than just theory. I hold a Master’s and Bachelor’s degree in Arts, and over time, I’ve found my space in working closely with children and young people, especially those with special educational and emotional needs.

I’ve spent time supporting individuals dealing with mental health challenges, working with children with ADHD and dyslexia, and helping them not just learn, but feel understood. My approach is simple—every individual is different, and they deserve guidance that actually fits their life, not a textbook definition
